No technical integration is mandatory on your in order to set up the solution. However we highly advise you to implement an API connection in order to boost the efficiency of the solution and reduce the input needed on your side regarding claims.
In average our customer gets their first results between two weeks and a month if we have all the information needed. All the necessary information will be given while creating an account and you’ll have 3 different calls with one salesperson to take care of your onboarding and account set up.
No worries we know that it is common to negotiate some clauses with your carrier. We invite you to book a demo with one of our salesperson and discuss what can be done during the implementation of the solution.
In order for the audit to work we will need your carrier’s platform credentials and your carrier invoices. As for the claiming if no API connection is done we will need more information regarding the content of the box for some tracking numbers.
